二、工作原理Principle of work

本設(shè)備是利用風動的原理，將加溫的熱氣流以超音速的速度送進噴風盒，吸進面料，并在加速度中將面料加以揉搓，面料在被噴出風管時失壓使面料得以膨化。在面料撞擊到柵板時又得以適度的撞擊摔打，來回運動周而復始。風管內(nèi)壁形成的氣流邊界層對面料起到充分的氣墊保護作用，使面料得到有力但又柔和的處理。在處理過程中，織物與氣流、織物與管壁、織物與織物、織物與柵格之間不斷摩擦、揉搓、拍打以及在助劑的作用下，使纖維的內(nèi)應力徹底消除，產(chǎn)生蠕動、蓬松，甚至微纖化，從而使織物獲得滑爽、柔軟、蓬松的手感。
